Fem Equity is a career advancement platform equipping professionals to increase their income, strengthen their negotiation power, and build long term wealth.

 

On average, Fem Equity users increase their annual salary by $20,000, often the difference between living paycheck to paycheck and building generational wealth. Collectively, our community has generated more than $7,000,000 in additional earnings through strategic salary negotiation and career positioning.

By 2026, our goal is to help close the pay gap by $10 million and equip professionals worldwide to build scalable six figure careers.

Through partnerships with institutions such as American University’s Veloric Center for Entrepreneurship and organizations across the Greater DC Metro Area, we expand access to the Fem Equity platform, tools, and network for diverse students and professionals.

 

Fem Equity is committed to inclusive hiring, with at least 75 percent of our workforce identifying as BIPOC, minority, or women professionals.

Redefining Worth

Adeola Ajani, founder of Fem Equity, accepted a role at one of the most prestigious institutions in the world. What was meant to be her “dream job” quickly became a turning point when she discovered she was being paid 40 percent below market and significantly less than her male counterparts.

Rather than allowing that experience to define her career, she chose to redefine success, impact, and equity for herself and for her community.
