Adeola Ajani, founder of Fem Equity, accepted a role at one of the most prestigious institutions in the world. However, her “dream job” quickly turned into a disappointment when she realized she was getting paid 40% less than the market and her male counterparts. Instead of letting that experience define her career, she decided to redefine what success, impact, and equity were to herself and her community.

Built by women for women, Fem Equity is a platform that creates solutions for women/underrepresented professionals and hiring organizations that are going through pay or professional gaps in real time.

User’s additional earnings now top $1,000,000. By 2025, our goal is to have closed the pay gap by $10 million and increase professionals’ negotiating power to scalable 6-figure-careers globally. Metro Area community give their diverse constituent of students and professionals access to the Fem Equity platform, tools, and network.
